BAYLEE GALDYS LMSW
Baylee Galdys, LMSW (she/her), is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Michigan who approaches therapy with warmth, collaboration, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She centers her clients as the experts of their own internal worlds and works alongside them to build tools and practices that support healthier, more grounded, and more fulfilling daily living. Baylee understands that beginning therapy is a vulnerable step and leads with curiosity, relationship-building, and a strong emphasis on emotional and psychological safety.
Baylee has experience working with adults, teens, adolescents, young adults, and families. She is trauma-informed and integrates approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients regulate emotions, strengthen coping strategies, and improve their relationships with themselves and others. With a trauma-informed lens, she prioritizes each client’s comfort and sense of safety, offering a nonjudgmental, steady, and down-to-earth presence.
Baylee enjoys supporting clients navigating anxiety, stress, identity development, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She works with both adults and teens to build emotional insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward a stronger sense of self-trust, resilience, and alignment. She also has a passion for working with teens and adolescents facing family conflict, school-related stress, and social pressures.
Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with their strengths, deepen their self-understanding, and cultivate more joy, confidence, and authenticity in their lives.
Outside of the therapy room, Baylee enjoys weightlifting, reading, long walks with her dog, practicing yoga, and spending time with loved ones.
