Trauma-specialized clinicians who care deeply about understanding the whole person—not simply treating a diagnosis.

At Loving Circle Counseling, our therapists share a deep interest in trauma, attachment, relationships, the nervous system, and the experiences that shape how people learn to cope, connect, and protect themselves.

We also know that no two people heal in exactly the same way.

Rather than fitting every client into one diagnosis or one therapeutic approach, we begin by getting to know you: your story, your strengths, what you are struggling with now, what you have lived through, and what you hope will feel different.

Our therapists bring advanced training in approaches such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, somatic and nervous-system-informed interventions, attachment-focused therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-informed approaches.

These are not separate boxes we expect clients to fit into. They are tools our clinicians thoughtfully draw from based on the person sitting in front of them.

Find Your Therapist

Not Sure Who Is the Right Fit?

You do not have to figure that out on your own.

The relationship you have with your therapist matters, and different people connect with different personalities, approaches, and styles. When you contact Loving Circle Counseling, we can help consider what you are looking for clinically as well as the practical pieces—your schedule, preferred therapist style, in-person or online preference, insurance, and current therapist availability.

If one of our clinicians immediately feels like the right person for you, you are also welcome to request them specifically.

Healing begins with understanding—and sometimes the first step is simply finding someone who feels like the right person to begin with.
