Clinical Social Worker | Clinical Lead

A collaborative, empowering space to understand what you have been through without reducing you to a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms.

Who I Work Best With

I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, and other experiences that have left them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck.

I especially value working with clients who want to understand themselves more deeply while also having concrete ways to process what they have experienced and create meaningful change.

I recognize that trauma and mental health do not exist outside of culture, family, identity, relationships, and lived experience. I strive to create a space where those parts of your story can be explored with respect and curiosity rather than judgment.

How I Work

I see therapy as a partnership.

You bring expertise about yourself, your experiences, and your life. I bring clinical knowledge, trauma training, curiosity, and tools that can help us understand what is happening and determine together what may help.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and individualized. Creating safety is important to me—not only physical safety, but the emotional safety of knowing that you can show up honestly without having to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or move faster than you are ready to move.

Our work may involve understanding how trauma has affected your beliefs, emotions, nervous system, relationships, or sense of self, while also helping you process unresolved experiences and develop new ways of responding in the present.
